The Women’s Centre for Legal Aid and Counselling (WCLAC), is pleased to announce its desire to meet with visiting delegations to inform them about the multiple issues that face Palestinian women living under Israeli military occupation.
The Centre also conducts field visits to accompany visiting delegations to the field, to show them reality on the ground in area C, in the shadow of settlements, behind the wall and on by-pass roads and to connect them with real women on the ground as they tell their own stories in their own words. Our visiting delegations will be informed of the direct and indirect impact of Israeli policies on the daily lives of Palestinian women. It will provide an in-depth understanding of those systematic policies and human rights violations from a gender perspective.
WCLAC is pleased to offer this opportunity to anyone who is willing to listen with an open mind and is concerned about human rights and respect for the rule of law in the occupied Palestinian territory.
